A selection of modern and contemporary restaurant designs and schemes have been created to work within a high-end retail environment. Zest one, uses a large graphical design behind the fixed seating unit to create a focal point within the design. Crisp black and birch timber finishes create the modern look for this restaurant design.

A second scheme, Zest two was created including Glass Counters, feature wallpaper and large black and white artwork displays relating to the stores location. This scheme was again a roll out across a number of stores, each had individual site surveys, feasibility plans, working drawing packages and on going site meetings with the Contractor until completion. The latest scheme for the restaurant design’s was linked to the new graphical branding Eat, Fresh, Refresh. As a reflection of this branding the new interiors used citrus greens, crisp whites and deep plum for a modern and welcoming feel to the restaurants.
